Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999 may incur a shipping fee displayed at checkout.
Express shipping charges, if available, will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message containing your tracking information.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund request.
UPI / Wallets / Net Banking: 5–7 Business Days
Credit / Debit Cards: 7–10 Business Days
COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer within 7–10 Business Days
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be offered.
